Find Connection and Support

Our support groups at UVDN offer a welcoming space to share experiences, build connections, and grow together. From the Magnificent Abilities Group (MAG) to dedicated men’s and women’s groups, participants enjoy a mix of education, guest speakers, and social activities. Join us to connect with others, plan community events, and celebrate milestones in a confidential, supportive environment.

Magnificent Abilities Group (MAG)

*Prior arrangement with an Independent Living Specialist is required to attend MAG.



Times: 1 pm – 2:30 pm, every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month
